Awesome Place!

Absolutely loved this place! Its only a few minute walk from all the restaurants and bars in Little Italy and a quick ride to downtown. It is perfect for travel nurses, as it is fully stocked with all essentials, and Pete even had snacks, drinks, and a stocked bar cart for us. Brand new sheets were provided and things like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner that usually arent included in most places on here. Pete is the best landlord, super responsive, and has several properties that I hope to stay in when I return to San Diego. 10/10 recommend!!

Little Italy 1501 Front St

Myself and my travel buddy stayed here for a month while working at a local hospital. This apartment is in a prime location. Lots to do and many things within walking distance! The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very well furnished with anything you will need during your stay. Most importantly, we felt very safe and secure in our building. The property manager is organized, professional, communicative, and friendly. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home with a San Diego experience!

Great Location!

This place is in a great location, very walkable to anywhere in Little Italy and Gaslamp. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and spacious with a great balcony! Having the two parking spots included was awesome, although tandem is not ideal, it worked out just fine for my friend and Is schedule. It is right by an I-5 freeway entrance which is so convenient and you cannot hear the freeway noise at all so that was great. p, the owner was always very responsive and kind. Overall a great spot to stay!

Condo review

I have loved staying here! The location is perfect, very close to so many restaurants in little Italy and the farmers market. As well as many other shops and a Starbucks! Having a dog park just one block away has also been so amazing for me and my dog. I always felt safe walking her around the area. The landlord has been great as well, very responsive and communication is great! The place itself is very clean with new furniture and updated appliances! Loved having a balcony that overlooks the pool in the complex. There is also a gated garage with two parking spots which is awesome! I have loved staying here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Little Italy Condo Review

I stayed at this condo for a 3 month travel assignment and I am so happy we found this place! It was in a great location, which is easily walkable to the main Little Italy strip with restaurants and shops. The property includes access to the pool and jacuzzi, and also has an indoor gym. Having 2 parking spots was a major plus for us as well! The inside of the condo is clean, newly updated, and spacious. It also has a nice balcony that overlooks the pool area which was nice to have to enjoy meals outside. The property owner, P, was very responsive to all messages and really helped us out with last minute housing in time for the start of my assignment. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!
