Pleasant stay

Staying with Lynn was a wonderful experience. Very kind, communicative and welcoming. House is pretty quiet with many stores & restaurants near by. Room was nice & I was happy I had my own private bathroom In my room, that was a plus! If I ever traveled back to cali I would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing Find!

Hands down easy, best value booking. L is the one of the sweetest and kindest people out there! I had no environmental disturbances including people w/opposite sched. I worked 7p-7a. The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and friendly. No safety concerns/criminal activity. My room had my own shower/bthrm w/door lock . Rent payment easy and effortless. Has in unit w/d and full kitchen w/fridge. The train station (Bart) within 20-30 min. St Rose Hosp, Kaiser, Boba, starbucks, McDonalds, Jack In the box, b-king, dennys, B-Dubs, Jollibee, popeyes, olive garden, grill city, Target, Walgreens, gas stations, 7-11, Southland Mall are within 5-10 min of driving. San Leandro Hospital, Korean bbq, and 24 hr fitness within 15-20 min. Childrens Berkeley, John George Hospital, Stanford Hospital Pleasanton, Walnut Creek Kaiser within 40 min. Stanford Palo Alto and Sutter Palo Alto is approx 30-40 min. The property is a block away from freeway/highway. There is no freeway/highway noise at all.

AMAZING!

I rented one of these rooms for about 6 months, and it was one of the best experiences I could have had! The owner is one of the kindest, most easy going individuals you could rent a room from. She lives in the house and was always available when I needed anything but made sure to give me my own private time and space. I would highly recommend this little house, and will definitely be returning if I go back! (:
