great place to stay

great property with most everything you need. good location with short walk/drive to trader joe's, and other food stores. 15 minute walk to virginia mason, even closer for swedish. bus route to downtown 5 min walk from apt. very quiet, able to sleep easily for night shift. haley and baxter were very responsive and helpful. a great find!

Prime Spot

Stayed here for 6 months as a travel nurse at VM. Easy 12 minute walk to work. Close to great restaurants and bars. Quick drive to the airport and baseball/football stadiums. Place was clean and had everything you needed! Quick drive to Madrona for a quick laundry trip. Quick drive to Trader Joe's and Safeway. H and B were quick to respond to any text/questions and are amazing landlords. Would come back and stay again!

This property was in a great location. It was perfect for my schooling. The landlords were attentive and responsive.

I stayed at this property for 4 months over the summer. Its a lovely place. Everything was new and very clean. Its nestled in a nice quiet area. Great place for a travel nurse to get some rest after working a long shift. No vehicle necessary. Its within walking distance to everything; Capitol Hill, Downtown, tons of restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The light rail is a 15 minute walk (this is important for those nurses working at UW). The other hospitals as well as Seattle University are within walking distance. You can get groceries at QFC or the local Co-op. The landlords live on the top floor and are very attentive. Communicating with them was easy and they were very quick to respond. I had a great time staying there!
