Quaint and Cozy
This home was absolutely perfect for us to stay in as a traveling family. I travel with my husband and kiddos and this home was so cozy and quaint! The neighbors are so nice and kind, and the street is very quiet. 8 minute drive to UNMC main campus, and 13 minute drive to Bellevue Medical Center. Nicki was a wonderful host who was always prompt to answer any questions that we had. I would stay here every time when we come to Omaha. We were sad to leave, as this house was a perfect fit for us to stay. PS- the finished out basement was a huge BONUS space for our kiddos to play or to have for extra storage space!

A great stay !
The house is just like in the pictures . Amazing furniture and very cozy . Everything worked great in the house and nothing broken. The house is very updated and nice overall. The neighborhood has a very nice feeling with very nice neighbors ! It is a 12 minute drive to Nebraska med and and downtown area . I prefer this location so I can have a little space. Initially I was a bit worried because its close to north Omaha but the house is actually situated in a historic neighborhood called Florence which every Omaha local can vouch for being a nice neighborhood. There is a huge beautiful park that is only a few blocks away with a golf course. The landlord Nicki was so nice and so helpful and attentive . Ive never been to Nebraska before and happy to pick this furnished finder ! 10/10 would recommend

Great spot
Good size home, wonderful spacious yard. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. We were close to UNMC about a 10 minute drive or less to get to work. Close to all the hot spots & dining and a short drive to shopping at Village Pointe. N was always available for anything we needed and very accommodating!

Great Stay!
My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. The house had plenty of room, was well kept, and the owner was extremely nice. Only 5-10 minutes from downtown and its far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We worked at the Children's Hospital and our drive was only 15ish minutes! We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Great little house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. I had a great stay here and the homeowner is always available when needed. Would definitely recommend!
