Wonderful 2 month stay!

I had the opportunity to stay in Earl's guest cottage for 2 months during a clinical internship for PT school. I was extremely impressed with the location, beautiful gated and quiet community, as well as the place itself! The cottage had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay from high speed internet, to a living room with a sound system that makes you feel as though you have your own home theater, luxury modern aesthetic, and more. Earl is excellent and is quick to provide his guests with any needs to ensure an excellent stay. 10 stars.

This place is impeccable! It is an amazing rental in a safe area. One of the best parts is the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and gracious hosts. It was a very good experience!

You can tell a place is truly deserving of a 5 star review when you are writing this with two days still remaining on your 3 month lease and you don't want to leave. From the moment I inquired about this property, it has been nothing short of extraordinary. The hosts are so accommodating and friendly, the guest house is absolutely perfect, the gated neighborhood is amazing and perfect for daily invigorating walks, the location couldn't be better with easy access to all points within San Antonio and the hill country, professional cleaning every other week and literally has everything you need. My number one choice to stay when coming back to San Antonio. Just Wow! Oh and if you get a chance, eat at Compadres Hill Country Cocina in Boerne, you won't regret it

Everything you read on the other reviews is perfect. I couldn't add anything that hasn't been said. I was here for 3 months and couldn't have asked for a better place to call a second home.

Feels Like Home! BOOK THIS PLACE NOW BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE DOES!

Wow, this place felt like home! Located in a quiet, gated, luxury home community, this is definitely where you want to stay....trust me. Peaceful with picturesque views are what I'd like you to imagine. The owners make you feel like family vs a paying guest. I sincerely felt that way. Greeted me warmly when I arrived, always available if I needed anything and when it was time to leave they made sure I was good to go. I really didn't want to leave but I had to get back to my family. The place is better than many of the "luxury" hotels that I have stayed at. Cozy with literally everything you could need for an extended stay. Only thing you will need to do is stop by the grocery store and pick up the few items you prefer and you'll be all set! Shopping is a breeze with easy access to I-10, Loop 1604, HEB grocery store, Rim shopping center, La Cantera Mall and Six Flags. Next time I need a place to stay in the area this is definitely where I will stay if it's available

Hosts are the BEST!

Awesome, well equipped, home away from home. Close to HEB, The Rim and anything else your heart desires. As nice as the home is, the hosts are even better.

5-Star Stay

My wife and I had an incredible stay here. The place is spotless and has brand new feel to everything in the unit. A centerpiece of the guest house is a spacious and beautiful kitchen that sets the posh tone. A state of the art TV and home theater system with crisp and beautiful surround sound and picture are perfect for movies and TV. The bathroom features a custom shower with a variety of shower heads and offers plenty of space. Nest type AC controls, a nice security system and a little outdoor patio are excellent touches. The guest house is fully furnished with more than enough kitchen items, food storage and towels along with laundry supplies. This place was wonderful and we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay there. Excellent host.

Great stay, highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 weeks by myself and 2 with my family(wife and toddler) and we all were very happy. It is private and it's in a beautiful neighborhood. It's location is very good too. About the property: It has a great shower, my back appreciated it. The kitchen has everything you might need, from making coffee to cooking or baking. Everything is nicely decorated. The desk chair is super comfortable, I want one for my home. You can chill in the living room, on the porch or the garden.There's a water softener and a drinking water filter so you have great drinking water. The appliances work asnew (I actually think that they are), the washing and dryer machines are super. THE BEST PART But the best of all are the hosts, they are super nice and will do their best to make you feel at home. So if you're going to be in San Antonio for a while, we highly recommend this place.
