This place is incredibly convenient for accessing local hospitals and restaurants. It's clean and quiet, and I stayed there for almost a year. The landlords were incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it as an exceptional place to stay.

Cozy and nice!

I stayed here for a year, while on my travel assignment and the location was right by the hospital. The place was so cozy and nice! Plenty of space and close to everything! The landlord was amazing and always responded in the timely manner.

Cozy Home, Great Location

Upper Apartment is beautiful and so cozy! Great location everything is within a 10min drive. Pet friendly which is important to me. Landlords are fantastic! They are very attentive and quick to respond; very kind people with exceptional communication.

Perfect home away from home!

I had a great first time experience renting a furnished rental and this unit had everything I needed and more. Very impressed!! The landlord is super friendly and down to earth. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking! Thanks again!!

Clean and Cozy!

This place was perfect for my wife and I during my contract with Sanford. It was quiet, clean and very practical for what we needed. It came furnished with all the necessities you need to live comfortably. The landlord was super friendly and always available to answer any questions. The convenience of how close it was to the hospital was a huge bonus for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice short term rental.

Too noisy

Way too noisy - you can hear everything from upstairs, especially the pets. Very small kitchen area. Very small counter space and cupboards. Limited room for cooking. Living room is ok. Bedroom is ok, but needed a mattress topper. Heat is controlled by upstairs tenant. Basically too small for the price and you don't get much sleep with the noise. Not a place I would choose again for sure.
