M is very private person and house is definitely private zero noise, kitchen is fully stocked, property is very clean On top of it she is so accommodating never borders you for nothing she has cleaners come to clean the house I will highly recommend this Propety any day

Lovely quiet home

This room was exactly what I needed! The landlady is friendly, courteous, respectful of privacy, and very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the room is quiet and has room darkening shades-I was on a day/night rotation schedule and had no problem sleeping. The home is set back off the street and the neighbors are quiet. Any issues were addressed completely within 24 hours. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The home is about an 8 min drive from the Malden Center T station, making for a convenient trip into Boston. All in all, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it!

It truly was a peaceful place

I stayed in this place from April 2022-December 2022. I believe it was 8months. It was spacious and truly enjoyed the peace as well. She was kind and even offered me food sometimes. She has a cat called Bella, I didnt like cats before I met Bella but now I do. She just so entertaining. And M is a God fearing, professional and a disciplined women who never misses Church every Sunday. Being a Christian myself it was a perfect place for me. Another thing I loved was parking. Its on the street but I always found parking. The street was spacious. The place was close to everything. Its a central place to get to anywhere around. 10 minutes from the airport as well. the price is fair for a spacious place like M's. It was a prayer answered in every-way for me. Thank you M
