Great space

Stayed here for 3 months and had a wonderful experience. My large dog and I felt comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard while eating fresh oranges. They had everything I needed and the owner was very communicative and helpful. She helped fix any problems immediately and would make sure I was okay. Only 5 minute drive to Pomona Valley hospital, hardly ever heard my neighbors, and a lovely neighborhood to take my dog on walks. The space felt small when I first walked in, but once I was settled and living there, I realized it was more than enough space and I was very happy there! Would recommend.

Great studio in suburban Pomona neighborhood

This property is FANTASTIC! I stayed here for 4 months as a travel nurse. Commuted to Kaiser ontario which was about 20-30 min away. Although a studio and on the pricier side, the space felt like enough space for one person (and one medium sized dog) and super private. All basic amenities met, comfy bed, nice love seat couch, closet, kitchen with enough space to cook, no dishwasher (but has a very large sink, making dishwashing easy), washer/drier (super important for most of us), wonderful central AC, and a nice little private backyard for the pup! Property is comparable to a granny flat, as it shares a wall and is close to a main house. This other property is also rented to travel nurses and I never heard one peep or had any issue with this close neighbor. Neighborhood is suburban and felt safe. All appliances are new, Iris is phenomenal..she is attentive and any concern or communication was addressed swiftly. I had a smoke alarm issue and she had it fixed within the same day!
