The unit is was newly constructed in 2022 and has a private entrance above a detached garage and is best suited for a maximum of two people. The first bedroom features a new queen bed and the second bedroom has a futon that easily folds out for one guest. All appliances are brand new and the unit has a washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy the fresh air on the private patio or go for walk in the quiet neighborhood.
Quiet neighborhood centrally located in the Boise Bench. Minutes away from St. Lukes and St. Alphonsus hospitals, and 2 miles from Downtown. Explore the Boise River Greenbelt which can be accessed within a mile of the unit or walk a block and a half to Push and Pour Coffee, Primal Coffee, Wyld Child restaurant, and White Rabbit restaurant (opening Spring 2024). Exactly what we were looking for
This apartment was exactly what we were looking for and bigger than expected. It was bright, well stocked, clean, private, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood with access (walking distance even) to many convenient locations - groceries, restaurants, coffee/drinks, ice cream and not too far to downtown/hiking. Ben and Cara were very kind & attentive landlords. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again myself someday.
Wonderful stay
This apartment had it all. Convenience to groceries, coffee, and the Greenbelt. The neighborhood felt safe for my early morning runs and evening walks. It was private, but I appreciated having the landlords nearby. Apartment had everything I needed. B & C also went above and beyond to get me moved in as soon as possible so I could start my contract.
Boise Travel Nurse
This property was perfect for my stay in Boise! The location is convenient, very close to downtown Boise, grocery shopping, and only a 5 minute commute to Saint Al's for work. The landlords were very kind and responsive- Ben came by within a couple hours when the pipes froze and ensured the water was working again. The home is private while still providing the comfort of having the landlords nearby if I needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

good experience new loft apartment
I stayed here for the entirety of my travel nurse contract which ended up being nine months. The apartment was new, had all the necessities, and privacy. Great location in Boise, near hospitals, & close to the greenbelt as well. Landlord was very attentive to any needs I had.
