Perfect Santuary
Stayed here for a stressful assignment in Boston. Commute was rough, but this place gave me much needed solace and peace. Beverly is nice little town and easy access to the beach, and great place to hike/ ride. Machel and Simone are outstanding, they we're always on top of any small issues I had, and always very kind and thoughtful. The Garden is peaceful and cozy. It was hard to leave! No wonder this place is always taken!

great and convenient stay!
I stayed here for the duration of my contract at Beverly Hospital. This apartment is just a quick 3 min drive or 10 min walk to Beverly Hospital which was very convenient for callback. Machel was very great to rent from - respectful, responsive, and extremely kind! The space has a separate entrance so if interacting with the landlord is not something you enjoy, it's easily avoidable. The apartment is spacious and clean! And parking is always available right in front of the house so it's also super easy vs other street parking places I've been where you're struggling to find a place.

Amazing apartment and host!
M is an amazing host! She really goes out of her way to take care of guests and is a great communicator. The apartment is very spacious, with a personal bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room. There's natural light and an AC unit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I'm sure you will too!

Great space
M and S were fabulous landlords! I stayed here for almost a year on my first travel assignment. It's clean and in a safe area. There are grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Working both (5) 8s and (4) 12s, this space was quiet and private during my time off. M and S were extremely hospitable, reasonable, and respectful in all of our interactions. I would 100% stay here again if I took another contract nearby!
