Gorgeous renovate House with all the amenities

Decent stay overall

The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly, and he was always willing to share recommendations and helpful information about the area. Desmonds Excellent place

We stayed in this place & every thing we needed was there. The place is beautiful, cozy, quiet, it has privacy & I felt secured with the owners built in cameras. The parking area is provided, living room is spacious & the kitchen complete with amenities including a coffee maker. Overall the house is neat & clean. The owner is super nice, very accommodating & helpful in every way. I so loved the bedroom & bathroom too! I recommend this place.

Great house

I stayed in a room in a 3-bedroom house for six months while working a contract in Northern Indiana, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and fully furnished. The house had everything I needed fast Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, security cameras, and parking was always easy either on the street or in the driveway. The landlord was super responsive, easy to talk to, and always respected my privacy, which I really appreciated during a longer stay. Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to live. I liked that I could drive up to Chicago on my days off. Id recommend it to other travelers or professionals needing a mid-term stay.

Perfect Location

D is a great host ! Friendly & accommodating, always respecting privacy . The room is very cozy & the location is great . Street parking makes it easy to leave in & out . Really safe neighborhood & nice neighbors . The location is less than 20min from Ingalls .

Great host and location

The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The landloard, D, was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if my work returns for another assignment. D was easy to get along with, gives you your privacy, but also very prompt to return calls or texts, and also great to just have a conversation with. He treated me like family and would highly recommend this landlord and property.

Safe and pleasant

My stay, here was excellent. I had no issues with the owner of the house. He was very helpful anything that I needed he took care of it, for example, I was the first tenant that drinks coffee so he ordered a coffee pot. He definitely takes care of The tenants. D is very respectful of my space. D is very nice, pleasant if you need help getting around the area he's quick to show you or tell you where to go to get really good food or even a really good area to hang out. I'm not very fond of the driveway however, you can overlook that it's a narrow driveway because it shared with the neighbor next-door. This is a very good area to stay, at I highly recommend it.

Property review

I cant say enough about my experience here! From the moment I showed up I was greeted with nothing but hospitality. Mr. L went above and beyond showing me around the city and truly making me feel at home. This property is located in a great neighborhood and is within a short drive of tons of good eats / amenities. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and had my own private bathroom. The mattress I slept on was good quality and the room has blackout shades which is great if youre working nights. If I am ever back in the area I will be staying here without a doubt. I arrived here a tenant and left feeling like family!

Absolutely Peaceful!!

This place was very cozy and quiet!! The host Mr L went above and beyond to make sure my stay was safe and pleasant. Hes very knowledgeable about the city and places to fit your every day needs!! He didnt mind helping me out with food choices and he even housed my children for over two weeks and helped us move over two hundred miles away!!! If you enjoy laughter and great company, this is definitely the place for you!!!

I am currently staying at this property. The homeowner is very nice and easy to arrange a stay with. This home is very clean and well taken care of. This is a safe location with security for comfort. I have my own room and bathroom on the lower level with availability to kitchen, living area and laundry. Quiet neighborhood and home. So far everything has been great, would highly recommend.
