You won't find better people to rent from! K went above and beyond the entire time I was a tenant. The property wasn't available on my start date so they even allowed me to stay at another one of their locations for the week. Thank you K for being awesome at what you do! Definitely recommend renting from them even though I only was there a short period.

Awesome stay for travelers

Upon coming to Columbus for work , I was looking on furnished finders and seen this place was super cute so and the best price that I seen so I reached out, and K the owner responded to me in a very short period of time , I was able to set up a date to come and look at it as well , not only that I was able to come a day early and stay at the guest house which is also another nice place that you can rent a room for a nice long weekend . The owner K is awesome , always checking in to make sure things are going well with the place , and yourself , I love it here its cute , the neighbors are really quiet , your not far from eating places or grocery stores , your also close to the highway, there is a really nice mall in Eaton thats maybe 10/15 minutes away , and downtown Columbus is probably 15/20 minutes away Im very excited to be staying here another 3 months , so if your ever coming to Columbus for a short period of time , this is the place to be , dont miss out

Great Stay for Traveling Healthcare Workers

The property and K has been the best experience, I have had when it comes to housing, during my travel assignment. The communication and onboarding process was smooth, open and hassle-free. I have stayed downtown Columbus, close to the hospital but have had a lot more issues than this property. I have a longer commute to the hospital but have a greater sense of safety and quality than the other options. The price is very competitive while also having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. I have traveled for awhile and this has been one of the best living situations I have had when it comes to price, safe neighborhood and included amenities. I had a small issue that was resolved quickly by the host and has been easy to communicate with about anything. I plan to stay during the whole duration of my assignment which could be a year plus and currently I am very impressed.

I inquired about this property for I am a new travel nurse. I was looking to potentially extend my contract so I wanted to look beyond staying at a hotel but I was anxious. Mrs. K removed all my anxiety and answered all my questions and concerns about the property and the process. Mrs. K has a contagious energy and you can sincerely tell she has a good heart. The property is supercute, has all the essentials and charm that I will be calling my second home in days to come.
