Newly Remodeled in Downtown Puyallup

Perfect place!

My family stayed in this wonderful home for about 9 months. Lexi was such a wonderful landlord! The entire house was spotless and had sweet little touches for when we arrived. Lexi was very responsive if we needed anything. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfect Little Rental!

We loved staying at this property. It is a cute 3 bedroom 3/4 bath 1140 sq ft residence that was recently remodeled. Our family lived very comfortably here while we were waiting for our house to get built and the house lived larger then the square footage. The house comes fully furnished with everything you can need including a small pantry of items like spices, oils and other cooking/baking supplies and laundry supplies. The backyard was a great size and my dogs and daughter loved being out there when it was sunny. The three bedrooms come with blackout shades, comfortable bedding, and linens. The bathroom includes heated flooring which I didn't know I needed. The bathroom only includes a shower but it was good size. The owner lives close by and was very communicative. The small things we noticed at move in were fixed quickly. We felt very at ease and relaxed while staying in this space and would rent here again if we ever had a need for temp housing.

AMAZING PLACE

Can't safe enough good things about this place! The house is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you could ever need. Short walk to downtown Puyallup that has cute coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The owner is very thorough, helpful and incredibly respectful. As a young woman I felt extremely safe in this house which is something that is priceless. I would 10/10 recommend and if I am ever in the area would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This property was a great place to stay for our assignment in Puyallup. The house was adorable, clean, and extremely well furnished- it had everything we needed! As a woman I felt safe in the neighborhood and had zero issues with noise. The property managers/owners are very respectful and responsive and the leasing process was streamlined and organized. If I take an assignment in Washington I will try to stay here again!

BEST HOUSE EVER

This home was absolutely perfect for my travel partner and I. It had everything we needed and Lexi and Paul are absolutely FANTASTIC LANDLORDS! Location is perfect and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Lexi and Paul did an amazing job with this property and we were so sad when we had to leave. I cannot recommend this property enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!

Great place

This property is wonderful! Owner is very accommodating and responsive. House is very clean and looks just like the photos. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Had an amazing stay!
