Beautiful guest house (846 Sq Ft) with private fenced yard and gated parking. In-house washer and clothes line to dry (lots of sunny days!) Less than a half mile to restaurants, bars, and shopping on Historic 4th Avenue and University. Walk, bike, or ride the Tucson Street Car to the U of A, Downtown, and Mercado San Augustin.

Fantastic hidden gem
Lovely medium-sized 2-bedroom apartment. All utilities included. Hidden parking spot behind a locking gate, large enough for 2 normal sized cars is another plus. Unit is physically separate from the main house. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances. Smart TV so you can use your own streaming services. In addition, TONS of internet channels (it's a Samsung unit). Wifi has been flawless the entire time I've been here. Bedding and bathroom laundry provided as well. Larger bed is extremely comfortable (can't speak on the small, queen-sized bed as I have not used it). Location is ideal. Beautiful neighborhood. Walking/biking distance to the UofA as well as downtown and the street car. In addition, it's extremely quiet. Owners have been easy to contact. That said, haven't had any issues to bring to their attention. Overall, a wonderful apartment, wonderful owners and an absolutely ideal location.
