excellent!

Stayed here for 3 months while working in Fairlawn (15 min drive away) and absolutely loved it! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we could have needed. It was clean, everything worked well, and we didn't have any issues. The parking was amazing to have also. The area is busier than I expected but I never felt unsafe to walk around. The landlord was really easy to communicate with, friendly, and very professional. Overall, this spot is an absolute gem!

Great Property, Great Location

This property is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 3 months from late spring to early summer. It is in a convenient location; close to several medical centers with many food spots within walking distance as well as stores/markets that are short drives away (5-10 minutes). The apartment is clean, with enough space for 1-2 people. It comes with everything you may need for a short or long-term stay. If I needed anything landlord was responsive and made sure to give notice before entering the apartment. The downstairs neighbor is also very helpful with anything you may need. The only thing I will say is that it can get very hot in this apartment during the summer since the air conditioner is only in the bedroom so I did have to buy a fan for the living room (which I left for next guest), but overall if I am ever in the area I would stay here away. It was nice to also have a designated parking space away from the street.
