Ashleigh is a fantastic host! She made the whole process so easy and was always quick to respond to my questions. It was such a thoughtful touch that she offered a tour of the home beforehand. The space itself is lovely and perfectly matches the listing photos. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

This place was my favorite rental I've ever been to since I started travel nursing 4 years ago. It is beautiful and has everything you need! 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a fenced in yard for the dogs, a quiet street with a front porch to enjoy the weather, it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone especially since the landlady is equally fantastic!!

Great Place in DC

Excellent property for my family and I in the DC area. Roomy and beautifully remodeled. Property owner was super nice and easy to deal with. The location is a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking which is a blessing in DC. Thank you Ashleigh for providing a great home while we were on assignment in the nation's capital

Everything I Could Ask For

This unit had everything I needed for a 10-month stay. Amenities were convenient and the windows & high ceilings made the place feel like the opposite of a basement. Plus, it's decorated very cutely with modern finishes, which made it easy to get comfortable in the space. The landscaping elevated the basement experience, because instead of walking through a dusty walkway, you're greeted with pretty greenery which added privacy. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with good parking and friendly/older people. I never felt unsafe coming back late at night with loads of expensive equipment. Location is prime especially if you have a car in the city. A is very accommodating and responsive, which was helpful because I was very far away from home. I was so glad that I found this unit and if I ever find myself living in DC again I will definitely rebook!

Quiet Getaway!

This unit is super cute and its in a quiet neighborhood. Plus free street parking! A was very accommodating and super friendly. She made many great recommendations since I was new to the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in DC, but still be a short drive from the everything.

Awesome stay

My stay here was great! Awesome having a full kitchen as well and a good size refrigerator. They bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there was always parking upfront. A was great and very helpful with everything I needed. Although it was a last minute find it definitely is a hidden gem.
