Landlord review

I never stayed at Adam’s place, but this is a review for Adam as a would-be landlord. From the very beginning, he was responsive in a timely manner. We spoke over the phone early on to see if it would be a good fit between us, and he was very friendly - think Minnesota-nice, literally. He was very accommodated when drawing up the lease, including incorporating a 2-week cancellation clause, given that my work contract included such. And then when my job was cancelled 3 weeks before it even started, he refunded my deposit without question. So I can totally vouch for Adam as a kind person who keeps his word. And his place is one of the cutest in the area for sure, just based on pics! I’d def rent his place if I ever get the chance in the future. Thanks so much Adam!
