Great home

I have rented here for 6 months for work and Sabrina is wonderful. Great communication and love this home very stylish and has all the kitchen items you can think of! The backyard and side porch are perfect for relaxing. Home has all modern amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc) while keeping its original charm with trim work and wood floors! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Perfect Cozy Cottage!

My dog and I absolutely loved living here during our 8-month contract in Augusta! The house is decorated beautifully and tastefully, making you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need and the laundry room is a nice perk as well. My dog especially liked the fenced-in backyard where he could sniff and roam to his heart's content. The neighborhood itself is very walkable and has a park connected on one end. S was a great landlord and always so personable and helpful whenever I needed to get in contact with her, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this rental!
