Perfect Place for nightshifter

I had an amazing time staying in Miss Dana's house. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The room was spotless, beautifully kept, and so comforting. It wasnt just a place to sleep it became my little safe space. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for more than just a rental. Miss Dana is amazing, kind, fair, and truly thoughtful. She treats her tenants with respect and care.And Im so thankful for her.

The Best

I am happy to have had the privilege of staying in Dana's beautiful home. She is a very thoughtful, responsive, and well-organized person and obviously has put a lot of time and effort into making this experience a lovely, stress-free one. My privacy was respected always, yet she was available at any time if needed. The neighborhood itself is pleasant, and I felt secure walking it, sometimes to catch the sunset over a pond nearby. In addition, the automatic privacy lights enhanced my feeling of safety if I returned after dark. In all, a top-notch stay, in a safe and convenient location. I recommend it.

Great place to stay!!

As a young woman new to travel nursing away from home, this was a great house to stay in. It felt very homey and comfortable. Ms.D was a great host and always so hospitable. I loved how every room has their own bathroom. She also included little details in your rooms to make moving in so smooth and easy. I will definitely miss this place. Thank you for everything Ms.D!

A nice place

I am new to travel nursing and had been staying in hotels. I was really thankful when I was introduced to D. It is a safe neighborhood. D is a wonderful hostess. The room and home are immaculate. If I get called back to Wilmington, I am definitely going to check if she has any rooms open.

Best experience in shared space

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience renting from D. Before I proceeded with securing this space, she answered all my questions, was extremely responsive, and even did a video call to confirm the accurateness of the neighborhood/shared space/room. I ended up being with her for 6 months. I was sad I would no longer be renting from her but know she is truly the most thorough, considerate host around. I was nightshift so everything was set up to accommodate those needs as well. The location is very nice, clean, and safe. You can see many families/neighbors walking the neighborhood at all hours. You get a feel they look out for each other and are all very friendly. It is also central to stores, restaurants, and a few gyms. I used delivery services for food/grocery, but it was very easy to grab a quick to go meal or pop into a grocery store and the commute to NHRMC is easy! It took me around 12-15 min with lights/traffic. I will miss this space!

Best AirBNB Ive stayed

Yes. By far, its the best ever Ive stayed. The house is gorgeous inside out and very well maintained. It's absolutely safe given that its located in a well-off neighborhood. The serenity and vibes are incomparable especially if youre a beach person. Got a spacious living room where I do my readings sometimes and the kitchen has everything. Pretty quiet, and you have a degree of freedom and privacy. The landlord (Miss D***) is the best. She's like a mom to me. She takes care of the cleaning of my room for free and bedding as well, and she is very nice, sweet, and caring person. I would highly recommend this place to my fellow travelers to the area of Wilmington, and you will experience the best treatment you'll ever have while enjoying your stay in the beautiful City of Wilmywood, North Carolina.

Beautiful home, beautiful room. The host has thought of everything and my stay was peaceful, quiet, and stress-free. Easy drive to New Hanover Medical Center.

Excellent in every way

I enjoyed my stay at D's place. She is a wonderful host, kind and respectful, she is the kind of person that respects your personal space, very professional. The room is superclean, spacious, with plenty of storage, quiet, and the house is close to commercial and beach areas. The hospital is a few miles away. I highly recommend it.
