Cozy family home

This townhome has three floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It has a lovely fenced in backyard with a fish pond, fire pit and a deck above with seating. There is lots of light in the home, pretty scenery, sporting fields and courts within close walking distance. Theres also a beautiful lake with walking path a short walk from the front of the home. Restaurants and shopping are very close by and most importantly, the Inova Loudoun Hospital is just 7 minutes away. The Ashburn metro is about a 10 minute drive and will take you into DC in about 20 minutes. There are wineries and breweries within 20 minutes driving distance in the mountains as well. Its a great location, quiet neighborhood and I really enjoyed staying here. The landlords are kind, friendly, communicative as well.
