I stayed on the property for over a month and nothing but hospitality from the owner. I had no issues and property was always warm.

Amazing stay

I had a wonderful stay here. Damion was exceptionally responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The property is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests have everything they need. The location is excellent close to several major hospitals, downtown, and a wide variety of great restaurants and shopping centers. As a student, I especially appreciated the convenient access to essential resources and amenities. Overall, this place is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it, particularly for students or anyone seeking a safe, comfortable, well-situated stay.

Home away from home

Finding an apartment in Chicago is hard and no joke, finding one as a student with a very unpredictable schedule makes this task even harder. I lucked out staying at this apartment, It felt like home in every way possible especially because of the great hospitality of the landlord. It is also in close proximity with the Illinois Medical district and other main hospitals students rotate in, which i found really convenient. I rotated at different hospitals in Chicago and found that I wasn't more than 30mins drive from any of those hospitals. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone,especially anyone in healthcare.

Housing Review

I stayed on the property a little over a month. The area is close to Rush hospital. There is plenty of parking in front of the area. Damion was a great host too. He's attentive to any issues that I had. He is easy to reach too. He picked up all of my phone calls. The property does get warm inside, especially in the summer time. Besides that, everything was great.

Convenient and Affordable

I stayed here for my one month rotation at UIC. It was a quiet area, always had free parking available, never had any safety issues the entire month. Best if you have your own car. The place had everything I needed and I was satisfied with my stay for a great price.

excelent stay 10/10 recommend

I had the pleasure of staying at this property while completing Medical School rotations. I was very nervous to arrive to Chicago and concerned for neighborhood safety. But Damion reassured and was always available for any concerns. Damion was very accommodating and flexible with my arrival and stay and he quickly secured my housing very last minute after a previous arrangement fell through. He was polite, respectful. The home is quiet and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

Great Choice!

I was kinda of nervous coming to live in Chicago for the first time, due to not so good things I had heard about the city, but choosing to stay at this property was a great choice. I felt safe.The owner was very responsive. The property was neat and clean. About 20ish minutes to Northwestern in the morning during the weekday. The only complaint I have is that the temperature in my room did not match what the thermostat says in the common area. (temp in common area was fine). But luckily I had a fan for my room. That helped a bit. I would recommend this place.

Good location, Quiet, and clean

I've enjoyed my stay here. It's a quiet location with easy parking. The bedroom is a good size and has a desk which is super helpful. The host is always available whenever anything comes up and is very nice. I would recommend, especially medical students.

Cozy, Quiet, Great Location

Good sized bedroom, very clean, easy and safe street parking, shared bathroom is good size and never had timing issues with other med students in the house. Tv and desk were nice. Good size closet with hangers provided. Dishes in the kitchen and lots of fridge space. Washer/dryer in basement and worked great. Perfect place for short term or long term travelers. Would recommend!

Perfect house

this is a wonderful place to stay. The neighbor is quiet and safe, the landlord is always helpful, and the tenants lives here are friendly and tidy. perfect place to stay, and it is really close to Loretto Hospital makes this place an ideal house for medical student rotating here.

Convenient, safe, and clean

I had a very positive experience staying here while completing a 1-month visiting rotation at Rush University Medical Center. The bedrooms are adequately sized and fully furnished, including a desk for studying. The closets have more than enough space, as do the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large common area with a couch that I did not use much, but it was nice to have available. The owner was very responsive and assisted me promptly with any concerns that came up. The bathroom was always kept clean and the washer and drier were convenient to use as well. Parking was always available.

Very Convenient

My room was super cozy and very welcoming !The house is always clean. The room comes with a comfortable bed, tv, a desk and chair. The closet is big enough to store your clothes and belongings. The place was conveniently located about 10 minutes from Mt. Sinai hospital. The hosts were always available when I needed help and are super nice! I felt safe in the neighborhood as well! I highly recommend !

Cozy, convenient safe home

I had a great time living at this property, It was conveniently located, very safe, friendly neighbors and the living room was nice. Bedrooms were adequately sized and had the proper amenities for students like a desk. All the appliances were fairly new and working well.
