Great find
This is an excellent apartment. The hosts were very welcoming, attentive and easy to work with. Great amenities including washer and dryer, comfortable bed, and a desk if working from home. The apartment was close to a Number 80 bus stop which will take you into the downtown. I used this to get to and from work. I found the apartment to be a welcome respite from the DC summer heat.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay during my summer internship. Super quiet street with ample street parking and a newly renovated place with new kitchenware and appliances. Not to mention it was super clean!!! This place has everything you need and more and it was a really great place to land while exploring DC for the summer. The 80 bus is right across N Capitol Street and will take you right to the Gallery Place metro stop that can connect you to any line. The owner and co-owner were both really nice and responsive. They were willing to work with me and help me with anything I needed, but also gave me plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again!

Optimal travel space
If you are a traveler looking for a place to stay, this place is phenomenal!! It is literally walking distance to Medstar WHC, and the surrounding facilities, where I was for 7 months. It has everything you need while traveling, and your own space to come home to after work and decompress, and your own entrance! The owner and co-host are very respectful of you and your space while there, and are just a text away if you have any issues (had zero issues while there). I never had an issue with parking, which I know can be a huge issue in DC, no matter what time of day I came home, there was always a spot available for me, usually directly in front, but never more than 1/2 a block away from my entrance. The area is in a super cute neighborhood that is very safe and conveniently located to almost anything, Costco, Marshalls, Walmart, National Mall and so on, just to name a few. If you want a comfortable, safe, cozy environment, this is the place for you!!
