Suburban Studio in a Quiet Neighborhood

Great stay

Great place for a mid length stay in Richmond area. I specifically did NOT want to stay downtown, and this was a great option. Not far from city center, the commute was easy and the neighborhood was lovely. The space is well equipped and kept clean. Landlord (and his family!) are very easygoing and respectful of personal space. If you're going to stay anywhere in the area, stay here.

Summer at the Suburban Studio

Hi all, if you are looking for a mid-term or long-term housing option this is your best option! I stayed for the whole summer of 2024 and this place is beyond amazing, I have nothing bad to say. David and Melissa are beyond amazing, caring and patient. They are so respectful of your time and your space, they are also so understanding about everything and it honestly made me feel very safe throughout my stay. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area and I recommend this to all my friends!

Perfect furnished home for single traveler

I found this property and reached out to the landlord. All my questions were answered promptly over text. Once arriving to the property, I was greeted and any questions I had were answered. Communication with the landlord with professional and kept me in the loop with any information i needed to have in regards to things going on around the property. Listing is as pictured. I knew going in that there was only a single chair to lounge in, although I would of preferred a larger area to "stretch out", there were a few ottomans in the area and made that possible. During my stay at the property, there was an issue with an appliance and it was handled quickly. As well as, when the winter weather got the pipes and froze the water, communication was phenomenal and made sure i had everything i needed. Great location right of the interstate, while feeling away from the city, If i end up back in the area, i would try to stay again! Fantastic Landlord!

Great stay

This studio apartment was great. It had everything I needed to be my home away from home. The S'S were very kind hosts. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that was very safe. It is perfect for a single traveler. The walk in closet was great too. Plenty of room for everything I had. The washer and dryer worked great. Overall, I had no problems during my stay. If I go back to the Richmond area , I would definitely try and stay here again.

Amazing studio in great location!

This studio is such a great find! I loved my stay here for my travel nurse assignment. Its in a great location with everything you could need around it and easy to get to. The studio is so relaxing and comfortable, with a great layout. The owners are so nice and accommodating. They are respectful of privacy and great with communication. Great place to stay with everything you could need on an assignment. I would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Adorable Studio

A very cute studio in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Communication is efficient and theyre available for whatever you need. I enjoyed my time here and as a female traveler, safety is always a priority. This place checks all the boxes, I highly recommend.

Fantastic Studio!

This little cottage was so charming, peaceful, and equipped with everything I needed during my contract at VCU. I loved coming home here after my day. While the owners are in the main house, they are super respectful of privacy - AND they are great with communication! Oh, and the neighborhood is simply lovely as well. I really enjoyed just getting out and walking through it on pretty Virginia days. It is in a convenient location with a Publix and UPS store right up the street. Also a Kroger not too far if you prefer. If I come back to the area, I will definitely be reaching out to them again for a stay! Thank you guys for everything!
