Decent place, but persistent pest issues and rigid management
Decent location and layout, but unfortunately overshadowed by persistent pest issues (roaches) that were never fully resolved during my stay (most likely a condo-issue). Management is extremely rigid—be prepared for zero flexibility or empathy, even in emergency situations. I had to forfeit the entire security deposit just to leave a month early due to the unsanitary conditions and a family emergency.

Classy & Serene!
The apartment radiates class and style! The modern interiors are thoughtfully designed. The large windows flood the space with natural light and the layout of the furniture enlarges the space and comfort. The kitchen is a standout with premium appliances and ample counter space. The landlady is warm and attentive. She has gone the extra mile to ensure the place feels like home. Living here has been a joy and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
