Amazing stay & wonderful host

I had a great experience staying here. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host, Tim was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Move-in and move-out were both smooth, and everything was well taken care of. Also, his dog Ruby is so sweet and friendly such a bonus! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming stay! I always felt comfortable and at home here.

Friendly and cozy Kirkland stay

Tim is a wonderful host, and makes you feel right at home. His dog, Ruby, is very sweet and a great welcome home after a workday. The place is well kept and clean, and the kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The neighborhood is also lovely for walking or running, and is close to both woodinville and downtown Kirkland for restaurants. Tim is also a great resource for things to do and places to go. I am so thankful I chose this place to stay and highly recommend booking with Tim.

Great Temporary Stay!

Moved here midway into a travel assignment and was well worth stay. Super close to Evergreen Hospital, grocery store and restaurants, and pipeline trail down to the Sammamish River Valley. T and doggo R were great hosts, the apartment is very clean and accommodating for a traveler's needs.

Great stay!

T keeps an immaculate house and takes care of his guests! Stayed for several months and it felt like home. Ruby is the sweetest dog as well. Stay here if youre looking in the area!

Comfortable space

As a solo female travel nurse, I was nervous to rent a room in a house. The moment I met with the owner I was immediately relieved. He is so kind and friendly and respects your space. Additionally, Ruby is the most welcoming girl youll meet! It felt very home like to get back from work and her be there. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, walking distance from grocery store and restaurants, and 2-3 minute drive to the hospital cant be beat. Theres two bedrooms that he rents. One with private bath and the other bathroom shared with the owner. I had the shared bath and it was always clean and most of the time was my own considering the owner traveled a lot himself. The room had AC, a comfortable bed, had carpet cleaning right before my move in, and a spacious closet. I had a short work contract so short stay here but would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Kirkland condo

Great place to stay, peaceful, safe, and clean with comfortable bed and furnishings. Location is in excellent area of Kirkland close to hospital and shopping. The owner is wonderful and easy to be around. Definitely would stay here again. Added bonus is R a yellow lab very well mannered and quiet.
