Magical oasis in the heart of Philly

Having stayed at numerous properties during our cross-country tour this last half-year, we can attest this home truly stands out. It is magical-a beautiful quiet oasis in a vibrant, walkable, exciting neighborhood. We frequently walked our dog after midnight and always felt safe. This 2nd-floor home is close to Rittenhouse Square, Broad Street theaters, Old Town, and lots of cute restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bars, and frankly whatever you need. It is on a teeny tiny side street that barely fits a minivan, which is great because the only people who use it are the neighbors. The home is very well stocked, with comfortable beds and tons of towels and sheets and all the appliances and spices you need to make at-home meals. The wi-fi was fast, the AC worked well, the home was quiet and clean, and the host was a great, easygoing and proactive communicator. We had a magical month-long stay and look forward to returning.

Excellent Long Term Stay

We stayed here for 6 weeks and enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for a long term stay and the space for 2 people to work comfortably. The neighborhood was one of our favorite features. There are Tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, and we always felt safe. The grocery stores are all within walking distance too. I would definitely stay here again if we have another long stint in Philly.
