Easy stay

Great landlords and great value for the space. The place is a little older but upgraded and the landlords are very responsive to needs. Easy access to downtown, hospitals, and major highways. Would stay again!

Good Home

I stayed here a year ago with some of my family to work in Colorado and I still miss living here! The landlords Shelly and Mike are very responsive and helpful to whatever me or the other tenants needed. We had a problem with the washer and they set up a technician to fix it right away, unfortunately some clothes and other items were damaged but thankfully the issue was addressed promptly. The home overall is very nice and easy to maintain, everything is very new and the space was a good fit for 3 adults. I will say when cooking things like meat and such it's a little difficult due to there being no vent but the window above the stove worked decent to ventilate the kitchen area. We didn't have any issues with bugs or unwanted pests in the home. As for the neighborhood it's full of children and families, the population is primarily mixed and hispanic.

Decent Place, Decent Price

The landlord was super responsive and was helpful with the beginning aspects of the lease. The location of the duplex is in an okay area with a 10-15 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood has lots of dogs, so if you walk through the neighborhood you will set off every dog. Just FYI. There was plenty of space and closet space within the home, which was great. The kitchen is a nice size with most things you could think to need is provided. My only issue experienced were some spiders, springtails and other bugs. The landlord worked quickly to resolve the issue and sent pest control out. It is a quickly remodeled home with decent furnishings, featuring some home safety technology, gas stove, and lots of closet space.

3 month stay Travel Nurse

Apartment was very clean, "newly remodeled." Landlords were friendly, stopped in with treats and a bottle of wine when I arrived which was nice. I took down stars because the entire time I was there things kept breaking. Within the first week the dryer didn't work, the plumbing "exploded" out the shower drain and toilet after doing laundry, and the AC broke. Later on the shower door and front door broke. Pest control came twice for heavy bugs - beetles, centipedes, spiders, mice and springtails. The landlord was usually fast to respond and the husband came to fix stuff. It was just extremely annoying and I felt like a burden. Neighborhood is ok, but the streets are very dimly lit at night and saw questionable people walking around. I never walked my dog in the neighborhood. I would actually stay here again now that everything is fixed, I just wish it was checked better before I moved in.
