Fantastic Place.

I stayed here and enjoyed every aspect of this studio. Well designed, quiet, and cozy. Kitchen was big enough for single person meals, more than enough storage for a single, travelling professional, and Tanya was the most gracious, friendly host I could've asked for. Super responsive to any issues/concerns. Laundry room being downstairs was actually quite nice and super spacious. 25/10 would stay here again.

Superb stay!

I stayed in this studio for six weeks and had a great experience. The space has a modern feel yet still feels cozy and comfortable. It was consistently quiet, very clean, and perfect for getting work done or relaxing after a long day. Tanya, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout my stay, which made everything even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with a wonderful host.

Excellent Studio!

I stayed at Tanyas studio for 10 months and her place was perfect for me. It was a less than 10 minute drive to the hospital, clean, safe, has with working appliances, comfortable bed, and fast internet. Whenever I had an issue Tanya and her husband were swift at replying and fixing the problem. They did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied with the unit. I highly recommend Tanyas apartment! 10/10

Great Hideaway

This studio was PERFECT for me! So close to shopping--walmart, Safeway, mall, TX Maxx, etc... 10-15 minutes away from pretty much everything. The shower/bathroom is spacious, even has a small oven so I could make ziti. Highly recommend - - will definitely stay here again if working in the area in the future.

Fantastic Stay in a Stylish, Central Spot!

I stayed at the Modern Chic Studio in Spokane and couldnt have asked for a better setup. The location is absolutely perfectsuper central and close to everything you could need, whether it's work, food, coffee shops, or the freeway. It made getting around town effortless. The design of the studio is really well doneclean, retro-inspired, and full of charm. It has a cozy, comfy feel thats just right for traveling professionals who want a peaceful place to recharge. The space was thoughtfully furnished and felt like a home away from home. Tanya, the host, was amazingfriendly, responsive, and always available if I had any questions or concerns. She clearly takes pride in making her guests feel welcome. Highly recommend this spot for anyone coming to Spokane for work or extended travel!

Cozy home away from home

I had the pleasure of residing in this cute and cozy space while on assignment. This place is very clean and has a cute vintage feel to it. Michael and Tanya were very accommodating to my needs and are very responsive with emails and text.

Best Experience!

I had reached out to the owner of this property to rent her apartment as I was coming to Spokane on a nursing assignment. I had signed my contract and paid my deposit. A few days later I got word from home that I was needed there and had to cancel my assignment and stay. Tanya was gracious and understanding through the whole process and refunded my deposit nonetheless. Im sure whomever gets to stay in this beautiful, renovated apartment will feel the warmth of home away from home!
