Our property backs up to the Guadalupe River so you'll hear lots of nature sounds while getting to enjoy green space. On the other side of the riverway is Highway 87, so you also get some highway noise. Close to the airport and freeways, so train, traffic and airplane sounds can be heard when outside. The Merlot house is in the back of the property.
