My wife and I rented Apt 22. You should definitely rent one of the apartments. The tenants were very quiet and professional. Matt was always available if we had any concerns and the property was always very clean. Highly highly recommend.

bad service

I rent apt 21 on 25th November for a month. Then I diced to move out after a week CS its to cold and not clean I asked the owner that I will moved out and he said that he will rent it and will send me they deference and my refund until now waiting for my refund and the difference nothing happened and trying to text him and call no one answer

Nice quiet place

I enjoyed my stay here. The studio is nicely decorated. It has a comfortable bed and sitting chair, a nice desk with a chair, A microwave and apartment sz fridge. Roku TV. There is a porch with a beautiful view of the river running behind the apartment. It's nice and quiet which is nice because I work nights and sleep all day. Matt, the owner, has been a wonderful landlord and is always able to be reached if you need anything. The building is clean. All other tenants are respectful of each other. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. Sandy

Great experience

The apartment unit is above a restaurant (at the time of my stay it was being renovated so not active). There was plenty of parking. There are 6 units above the restaurant. All of the tenants were nice, quiet, and professional. The location is great being right on the main road. Very convenient to downtown Montpelier and just as convenient to the interstate. The LL M G was awesome to deal with. He was very nice and also very responsive via text if there were any questions or needs. I stayed in Unit 19 and it had a little more of a modern decor and it was clean and bug free. If you are looking for a place to stay for a work travel assignment, don't hesitate to contact M!! And I hope your stay is as enjoyable as mine was.
