Cozy place

Actually enjoyed my stay! The house is cute and is great at getting back to you the same day when you text. I was nervous initially seeing the last review. But, was pleased with the contactless check-in, comfy beds, & smart tv options. Quiet neighborhood with local restaurants near by. And it's conveniently close to the highway for work. Solid rental!

Passable but not what we expected

I am a travelling physician and I stayed here with my spouse/2 dogs for a month. I liked that it was close to work and good restaurants. I will start with the positives: -good driveway -solid fence -good internet -all appliances worked Now on the the negatives: -There were SO MANY roaches! I emailed N about this 5 times in a week and she never responded -On most days random men (many times not wearing shirts) would come and repeatedly knock on the house and then leave. This frightened us and my dogs as well. -The kitchen was poorly stocked. We had to borrow or purchase several supplies just to cook simple meals -All plates/cups/utensils were disgustingly dirty -Several broken lamps without bulbs were around the house -Uncomfortable beds -Charged us for a towel she reports went missing and a ratty outdoor rug she reports we ripped Our experience was overall passable but not what we expected for what we paid. I would recommend booking elsewhere.

Cute bugalow in a completely walkable neighborhood! Tons of restaurants within walking distance through a lovely neighborhood. Close to pretty much everything J has to offer. N is an amazing landlord that is exceptionally communicative and responsive to any and all questions. If I ever find myself in Jax again, I hope this property is available!

Its a great cute house located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The N D is a wonderful landlord.
