Seaside Rooftop 1 bedroom apartment fully furnished with private entry

Awesome Place and Wonderful People!

I stayed here for a year while working in Salinas. Jennifer and Dave are absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating! Nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am so thankful and lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Anything that came up during my stay they were on it immediately. It is also in a great location and convenient to everything. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone coming to the area! I would absolutely stay again.

Seaside house

Jen & Dave were the best landlords and apartment I just happened to stumble upon. They are friendly, communicative and so fun! Not to mention their amazing pups Moon & Lainey! Cannot forget Arthur their friendly orange cat! The apartment is located in an amazing walkable neighborhood, close to all major grocery stores but you wont need to go there because of all the local farmers markets. So close to Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz and so much more without massive amounts of traffic! Perfect for a traveler on assignment. The bed is comfortable, the large windows let in so much light and you can hear the hummingbirds just outside your window in the morning. The kitchen is small, so creative cooking is necessary but with so many delicious restaurants and food types all around, you wont be eating in very often. Spacious yet concise is this place in Seaside! I absolutely loved my time here and if Im ever in the area again for an assignment I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great place to stay!

This was my first travel assignment and D helped make the transition so easy. He is very nice and communicative. The apartment is clean, comfortable and only 10 minutes from Monterrey, and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. Highly recommend for a solo traveler who doesn't need a big space, just something cute and comfortable!

Great place

Perfect for one person. The landlords were great! Excellent and easy communication! I needed a couple things, and they were able to get them for me right away. Convenient location and good food nearby. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I would definitely look here first.

Perfect!

I loved staying here! Equipped with everything you could possibly need and if you needed anything, getting in touch with the owners was easy. They are so nice and have a lot of good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The hospital is a quick drive away and easy to get to downtown Monterey, amongst other activities. If I ever were to come back, I would love to stay here again.
