Wonderful Stay!

Lolita is a very kind and hospitable hostess, and I had such a comfortable stay. The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. I stayed for 10 weeks with an easy commute to Holy Cross Hospital everyday. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I stayed at the L R in Calverton, MD. The unit is small, but worked out fine for our stay. The owner, L, is very kind and helpful. She did everything she could to make our stay pleasant.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Im a nurse from Philippines. Me and my husband was looking for a place nearest to my work. Thank God I found this place. It became my 2nd home. The place is quiet and so beautiful. I really love to live here. Thank you so much to our wonderful landlord. She helps us alot in transitioning to our life here in US. I definitely recommends this place!!!!

Was a Godsend for me!

I was the first person to stay here. The purpose for my stay was to complete a 10-week fellowship with the US Navy. I had a bad experience with an Airbnb and desperately needed a place to stay before I began my fellowship. This was a great place. I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and perfect for my needs. You have access to a sleeping space, cooking area, private bathroom (with shower), closet space, and washer/dryer. The landlord was very helpful, friendly, and caring. She did what she could to address any issues I had and also was very kind to provide me with additional transportation if needed. But you have great access to public transit. You are essentially a 3-5 min walk to the Z6 bus stop which will take you to the Silver Spring Metro Station downtown. An Aldi and Giant are within walking distance for your grocery needs! Coming from Texas, I was able to operate successfully without my car for 2 1/2 months. If you need lodging in Silver Spring, consider this property!
