This rental was home to 5 nurses for 2 months. We had everything we could ask for. The house is in a nice neighborhood. It definitely became our home away from home. It had plenty of street parking for all of us. It is close to local hospitals and near restaurants.Our landlords were always easy to reach if we needed anything. Very hospitable, good people. If you are looking for a rental, I would highly recommend this home.

The property is truly amazing. The property is so cute, cozy, and comfortable. The hosts treated us like family. They went above and beyond for us. They provided everything you could think of to make our stay amazing. In addition, they are so professional with a fast turn around time. The check in and out process was flawless. I wished I could have stayed longer but my contract was done. Thank you a million times over for your Southern hospitality. Now, let's talk more about the property. The house is spotless. The house very clean. Pest controls sprays around the property frequently. The location is perfect. You are literally 10 minutes away from work downtown, Germantown, and the capital. The location is key. I enjoyed not having to take the freeway to travel to work. In addition, the neighborhood is very safe. The host has in home security system and she introduced me to some of the neighbors. Book this location now before I take another contract. Location is key.
