HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We absolutely loved living in this beautiful Everett MIL. Hugh and Barbara are very kind landlords, great communicators and super helpful with any questions we had or things we needed help with. The place is gorgeous, with high end furniture, all very comfortable and clean. The view makes this place even better, with beautiful sunsets and panoramic mountain and sound views. This is a great neighborhood to go for walks with several parks close. Hugh and Barbara do extravagant and lovely Christmas decorations all around the house which is such a fun addition. They were very gracious in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, we felt like they went above and beyond. The neighborhood is very safe and we never had any concerns or issues. We wish we could've stayed longer! Would highly recommend living here for as long as you can.

H and B were AMAZING hosts for my one year lease. The unit was so clean upon my arrival (they have monthly housekeeping that came by and would clean my unit as part of my rent!), and it was very nicely furnished. The bedroom ceiling is soundproofed, so even though you can sometimes hear footsteps from the above floor in the common area, you'll be able to rest and sleep no problem. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the sunset views from the unit are phenomenal. H and B were always so helpful - they provided me with a tree and decorations at Christmastime, they let me use their snowshoes and rec gear - they gave me spikes for my shoes when it was snowing so as not to slip getting to my car. These are great people and a great place to stay.
