Heathstead 2b 1.5b Condo South Park

Quiet and Clean

Medical traveler here and this was the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work. Corner apt with quiet neighbors and beautiful greenery. Very clean and if you need anything Rico is just a text or call away. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Many walking trails and a YMCA within walking distance. Perfect set up for a single traveler or 2 with the 2nd bedroom all upstairs. Many nights slept with windows open and woke to the hooting owls conversations. Enjoyed the back patio with seating for quiet book reading and morning coffee. Many more perks so if you love nature, friendly neighbors and close drives to thrift stores or Mall, this is your place.

Great Location

My husband, 2 children and I stayed here while we were looking to purchase a home after moving to town. Rico's place is in an excellent location in South Park and there was no traffic for my husband on his way to work (also in South Park). Neighborhood was very quiet and I walked almost daily to playgrounds close by with our children. Rico was a highly responsive and communicative landlord who was very accommodating. He was prompt to address any issues that arose and communicate regarding these. The apartment had all the basics to make our stay comfortable and a small side yard that our girls would play around in. The bedrooms are very spacious and apartment was clean upon arrival. Thank you Rico for accommodating us, we would recommend. Mall is close by as well as walking trails and restaurants to explore. It is also close to uptown to go exploring. Would highly recommend staying at Rico's place.

Great Stay

Rico has a wonderful place. My family and I stayed for about a year. School system was wonderful. My granddaughter enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard, friendly neighbors and beautiful scenery. Rico was available whenever we needed him. Shopping was less than 10 minutes away. Lots of facilities for nurses in the area. We enjoyed many cozy mornings with the wood burning fireplace as well. Great experience in South Park. Oh and many local festivals were great too! Thank you again Rico!

Amazing find

Ricos property is perfect for anyone needing a place to stay for a hospital assignment or for a getaway. This property had everything we needed and most importantly the internet is very fast. The location is perfect since there are plenty of places to eat nearby l, the mall is nearby within 10min, and there plenty of gyms. Even under high traffic getting to most places such as the hospitals nearby will only take 15-20min. I traveled with a friend and we both had no issues and our stay was very relaxing. Def will come back and look you up if this property is available when we come back to Charlotte!

Great location and owners

This property is in the great South Park area, about 15-20 minute drive to Atrium Carolinas Medical Center (soon to be Advocate) with traffic. There is a YMCA and mall nearby, with quick access to the highways, downtown, and the airport. My husband and I loved having all the space in the apartment, and the reserved parking. The neighborhood has a pool and clubhouse. R was a wonderful host and was always easy to contact for questions or concerns. TMobile wifi was fast enough for any streaming and gaming that we wanted to do, and there is ample storage space throughout the unit. All of the appliances work great. Behind the property is a lovely wooded area where you can frequently see deer. We highly recommend this property!
