Amazing Experience at Cozy Park Avenue Studio

I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Park Avenue Studio. After struggling to find clean, safe, well-stocked housing in the area, I truly ended up with the best. The unit was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with everything I could needfrom a Keurig and air fryer to wine glasses, food containers, and even an iron and ironing board. The building was quiet, the neighborhood felt very safe, and it was conveniently located near shopping and dining. Communication with Mike, the owner, was excellenthe was responsive, kind, and proactive throughout my stay. I cant recommend this unit or any of Mike's properties highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations.

Amazing place!

This studio is AMAZING! I always felt safe, and Mike was an amazing landlord. He is very quick to respond and to help with anything needed. Very many food options right on the property as well as walking distance to Target! I highly recommend Mike and his studio.

WOW!!! what a place

I can't thank Mike U. enough for his quick response to my need as I lost my place in the tornado. He is very personable and professional, He had 2 studios available, I chose the 1st floor. I was very surprised at how much I liked having a studio apt., place had a huge tv, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a very comfortable bed. It is located perfectly for traveling healthcare professionals, located right off interstate, go east and you have UAMS, Children's,, go west and you have Baptist. A walk across the street and you have St Vincent's. The is a lot of parking and I have not had or heard of any trouble with security, there is security that drives around the whole area. Target and eateries are within walking distance. You wont go wrong leasing one of his units, I hope if I do another assignment in Little Rock he will have a unit available for me. thank you again

Beauty and Comfort

This studio apartment is beautifully decorated large area and very comfortable. The owner wants to make staying here a good experience. They have provided laundry, dishwasher, hand soaps and trash bags. This is a very clean ground floor apartment. I felt safe with an outside locking door and deadbolt locking apartment. It was quiet and close to hospitals. The owner had even put up a darkening curtain when he found I worked nights. Owners super nice and encourage to call them with problems or ideas. This is a newer building. Id stay here again if available whenever Im assigned to Little Rock Arkansas

Perfect!!

I love this apartment!! Its on the first floor and the neighbors are quiet and really nice! M was awesome to work with and makes sure you have everything you need! I got there expecting to have to go to Target to get trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee.. etc but he had everything there! His wife even bought a bouquet of flowers for the dining room table! Apartment was super clean with very nice furniture and amenities!
