Great experience!

Very safe and secure building. Right in the heart of downtown, convenient location, walking distance to some great restaurants/breweries/coffee shops. It can be a little noisier on the weekends but it never impacted my sleep, nor was it a nuisance. B was extremely attentive and responsive anytime I reached out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Downtown ABQ Condo

I stayed in this condo for about 3 months, and I did not experience any issues during my tenure. The downtown location can be daunting for some because of the high volume of unsheltered people, though I did not have any negative experiences personally. (Just be aware that it may be uncomfortable for some.) The overall location was excellent - within walking distance to multiple restaurants/cafes, a local grocery store, and multiple parks. Walking was an easy way to get around. It can be a little loud on the weekends because of the proximity to bars/music venues and the street/car festivals. The condo was very modern and had all of the appliances I needed to be comfortable -- the washer/dryer was a must for me so that I didn't have to visit a laundromat. B was very accommodating with adjusting the availability for my move-in timeframe, and he was also always available via phone or text if I had questions (which I did in the beginning -- where do you take the trash?). :-D
