Great little apartment

This is a perfect spot for a travel RN with pets. It is centrally located to all of the hospitals in the area. I worked at Kaiser Sunnyside and the commute was definitely doable. The owners are awesome, super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions, concerns or needs. They live below but I never heard anything. Great soundproofing! Perfect neighbors! The ADU is located in a residential area with free street parking. I had no issue parking at the house. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby to try. It is also very close to Mt Tabor and Powell Butte for hiking. The ADU has a private entrance and is separate from the main house. The one bed/one bath is perfect. It is open and airy with lots of natural light. The kitchen is super clean and well furnished with anything you could need to prepare meals. The deck off the bedroom is a great place to hang out and relax after work. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay!

This was the perfect spot for me as a float travel RN. It was pretty much equidistance to all the Portland area Legacy Hospitals I was floated between. The apt is super cute, comfortable and cozy with so much natural light! I really enjoyed the deck on sunny days as well. The owners are so great! They are so friendly and very easy to work with and always respond quickly.

Perfect Portland Stay

This private one bed one bath was the perfect stay for me while I was in Portland. The place is bright and airy with an abundance of natural lighting and airflow. The kitchen and bathroom are cute, functional, and updated. The bedroom is equipped with black out curtains which were very effective since I worked night shift. The balcony, right out side the bedroom, quickly became me and my cats favorite place to sit, read, hang out, and have my coffee. I always felt safe in the neighborhood while walking around and leaving my car. The property owners were very responsive to anything I needed and made me feel at home right away.

Great little place

This is a great little apartment. It is well furnished with amenities. Appliances are all new. Parking is plentiful and free. Commuting to any of the Portland hospitals (or Clackamas) is doable from this location. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very close to Powell Butte and Mt. Tabor for hikes. The neighborhood is residential and welcoming. Lots of families. The owners are awesome. They live downstairs but there is good soundproofing. We actually are renting a different property from the same people because we like them so much!
