2 Bedroom Condo - Half Block from City Park and Close Proximity to Metro Area Hospitals

Responsive landlords, fantastic location, well-equipped

My spouse and I have worked at several hospitals in the area (UCH, Denver Health, Children's Hospital, Intermountain Health St. Joe's Hospital), and this apartment is perfectly nestled between them, with all of them a 10-20 minute drive away. It is great being so close to City Park, and in the summers you can hear the jazz music from City Park Jazz wafting into the windows. The unit is well-equipped with multiple kitchen appliances and cooking tools, which was appreciated as we love to cook. The living room with large couch leading into the open kitchen with spacious island made hosting friends over a lot of fun. There is ample storage space, and Chris and Lauren are kind enough to have items like camp chairs, foldable bike, etc. to enjoy City Park. When there was a mechanical issue with the dryer, they were very responsive and it was resolved shortly afterward.

My fiance and I loved this apartment! We signed a 8 month lease and needed to extend it twice. The landlords (L&C) are amazing. Extremely communicative, relaxed, and helpful. There were a handful of times we needed to get something fixed and it was resolved in days. The location is also perfect, we loved being near the park and there are tons of delicious restaurants in walking distance. Id recommend this property to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom in Denver!

Incredible apartment!

My fianc and I have been travel nursing for 4yrs. and this is probably one of the best apartments we've rented out for many reasons: 1. Perfect location- the apartment sits 10min. from downtown Denver; next to city park, the zoo, a golf course, and the science museum. The area is safe, clean, and very beautiful with a lot to do and restaurants to eat from. Perfect spot to walk the dog too! 2. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern, and a good size with everything you need! A perfect space for 2 animals and 2 people to cohabitate. 3. It's a great price for Denver, pretty unbeatable if you ask me! 4. The neighbors are great! We became pretty good friends with most people on our floor. 5. The landlords are super friendly, easy to talk to, and great to work with! If anything needed fixed or replaced, it was done within a week! We even hung out with them a few times when they were in town. Overall- great place for a great price! Thank you so much for an incredible renting experience!

Amazing tenants, amazing location, overall amazing

My finance and I have been travel nursing since April 2019, so to say that we have done a lot of furnished finder rentals is an understatement. C and L are by far the best tenants we have had out of all of this. Additionally, this apartment has anything and everything you need, the neighbors are amazing. With the park being right across the street you get amazing walks and tons to do in the summer with jazz at the park. Plenty of good restaurants bars and grocery stores that are walking distance. I honestly was very sad to leave this place but with us now putting roots down in Denver it just made the most sense to get an unfurnished apartment. Thank you again C and L we will always remember you, and we will make it down to see your new place on the ocean!
