Amazingly quiet place

Coming from the country, I was nervous about all the noise I might hear living in Hollywood. I couldnt be more wrong. I couldnt believe how quiet and comfortable I was when I stayed in this cozy little cottage.

Great Space

Stayed for a few months. Great space, quiet, safe, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Elena was a great landlord. No complaints. Kitchen was nice, laundry was a huge relief to have inside the unit. Comfortable and functional space. Would stay here again.

Quiet Hollywood Suite

I needed a place of my own close to CHP hospital and this place was perfect. I loved how I had a guaranteed parking spot and it was in an area I felt safe in. The layout of the property was spacious and great for one person. Also, the WD in unit was essential (and HUGE! One load of laundry was practically my entire hamper). I know I will be coming back to CHP and I only hope that this property is available when I come back!

Close to CHLA

Property is close to CHLA which was a huge plus for me not having to deal with traffic going into work. Any issue I had was resolved right away with the landlord. Overall enjoyed my stay here. Close to many attractions and great food. Had no issues with noise sleeping during the day for night shift. Would stay again!

nice place...

nice place. brand new (post renovation) when my husband and i moved in. it sits off the street behind a huge home that they were working on while we lived there. it wouldve been nice to know prior as i was working nights on assignment at Hollywood Pres. The commotion/noise kept me up several days when I really needed sleep. The homeless population in this area is off the charts but I only had one incident where 2 homeless guys walked the driveway to get back to the cottage after seeing we left some chairs and a boombox outside. I opened the door to their surprise and they came up with some excuse and left. This is a hidden gem for this area and we overall enjoyed our stay. Plenty parking off street too!
