Super comfortable

My husband and I lived in the house for three months with our dog. It has a perfect fenced backyard and is huge! We loved the open concept in the kitchen and living room, and the very spacious laundry room. Caitlin was very responsive and kind when it came to us leaving. It did happen abruptly. I asked for an extension a month in advance and was told that it had already been rented out. In my personal experience I've always had the landlord ask me first if I wanted to stay before letting other people rent. I shouldn't have assumed this time, and I was left frustrated and needing a new place to stay. So be aware of that. Other than that I highly recommend renting here. It's safe and quiet, yet close to everything.

Great place!

Stayed here with my friend and our 3 dogs. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Caitlin and her spouse were great to rent from and very responsive to everything we needed. Neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and nice! We had only good things to say about this rental!

Quiet, safe neighborhood and great house

We loved this place and its a very quiet street and had no issues.. Owners are very responsive if any issues arise. Travel nurse, worked nights and never had any noise related issues during the day! Large fenced back yard if you have pets :) 5 minute drive to hospital and plenty of local shopping within a few minutes Would stay here again if we return.
