Laguna CA Golf Course Condo

Returned Three Times and Counting!

We have stayed at this property for the month of December in 2022, 2023, & 2025. With each visit the condo has provided everything we could need or want concerning location, convenience, atmosphere, & amenities. The beds are all comfortable with ample drawers & closets to put everything away and feel at home. I cook a lot & anything you need to create your meal can be found in the kitchen. The laundry is located in a closet on the patio and is accessible & convenient. The condo is quiet & neighbors are delightful. Being close to PCH, the 5 FWY and Crown Valley Pky (Laguna Niguel’s main artery) makes getting around anywhere easy to navigate without having to traverse through neighborhoods as you come & go. You are very close to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. There is a big screen TV to watch a series or movie. The garage is close & convenient. Not only is the condo 5 Star, Domenic, your host, is the best & is always available to help.

beautiful condo, wonderful host

The property was very clean, beautiful, relaxing and comfortable for our family reunion (party of 5). Location was perfect for us- close to the beach and Irvine. Dom was an excellent host, he was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Respite

My husband and I stayed here to be close to our son and to allow me to recover from a medical procedure. The space was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms, and the one bedroom included a desk area for my husband who works remotely. The master bedroom is spacious and light. The guest bedroom was quiet and dark when needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and just right for our needs. The kitchen had most of the items that you would enjoy at home, including pots and pans and spices. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, especially with the heater for the cooler evenings. The location is very close to Dana Point and Laguna Beach which offer great sunsets, many restaurants, and varying grocery stores. As others have said, D is a wonderful communicator, very genuine, and he runs his rental business with fairness and integrity. Thank you, D!!

Great property. We enjoy the 3 months we stayed there

This is a great condo. The distribution and amenities are great. Very clear and well equipped. The location is fantastic, as you are a bit over a mile from the ocean and very close to everything you need in Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The neighbors are quite friendly. We are considering to stay there again next time we go to Laguna Niguel. Also D is very accommodating and he's on top of every need you will have. Thank you for everything!

While many properties may boast the location, amenities, price or property, etc, which this place can match toe-to-toe, what sets it apart is the owner. He is the best, the most accommodating, friendly, flexible I would run out of words to describe what a wonderful time I had simply because of Dom.
