Spectacular Stay

I worked as a travel nurse and stayed at the property for almost 8 months. It was a great experience, the perfect amount of space and located in a great neighborhood. Terri is a very understanding landlord and made me feel so welcome from day 1. My dog and I miss this space already! If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend.

Great host, home, and location.

Terry is the perfect Host. The apartment is exactly like it is represented, very welcoming, clean, quiet, and private. I felt very safe and at home, my son was also welcomed which meant the world to me. The location is extremely convenient, near shopping, yet tucked away in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains. I definitely would rent here again if back in the Sparks / Reno area.

Outstanding Host!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this location during a work contract from May- Sept of 2022. Not only did it provide us with everything we needed, but Terri was an outstanding host going above and beyond to accommodate us. From preparing a 'welcome' gift basket on our arrival, to being easily assessable in times we reached out with questions, and always being extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating when it came time to extend our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that should the opportunity present itself, we would happily return and be guests here with Terri once again!
