I had an excellent stay with LeeAnn! The room was clean and had everything I needed. LeeAnn was great about keeping the driveway clear for us during the heavy snow the last few months and was always quick to update us about any changes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy homey place to stay!!

Stayed in the studio for 3 months and it was perfect for my needs! It is spacious, private and has everything necessary for a short-term stay. I felt very safe in the area, I worked late night shifts so this was really important to me. The parking spot in the driveway is very convenient as well. Landlord's really nice, accomodating and easy to communicate with. There was a winter storm during my stay and LeeAnn was very helpful and responsive when I informed her about having to go to work in that situation, making sure that my pathway/driveway has been salted and plowed by the time I had to leave and come back. Overall, I had an amazing time in the studio! I'd gladly stay here if I'm ever in the area again.

I really enjoyed my stay! Lee Anns home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, large, clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. Lee Ann is a responsive host and I enjoyed all my interactions with her and my other roommates. The house rules are set up to keep everything clean and organized. The sun room is a beautiful retreat, the kitchen is a great place to share time with the other tenants, and parking is fairly easy on the long driveway. Using a door code instead of a key was super simple and one less thing to worry about. I found my room and bed clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add TVs to the individual bedrooms. If you are open to sharing a space with others, I highly recommend Lee Anns home.

Long driveway makes parking easy. In the gourmet kitchen I made many many meals. The sun room the full of Zen vibes and the back patio very inviting in fall when I arrived. Close to highways and big box like Costco 10 min away but has enough natural surroundings to take you out of city mindset. House is Warm in this chilly winter both the ambiance temp and hostess Lee Ann. Nice chatting ttyl. Ps - perhaps a personal perspective rather than real negative but a more soft and comfy bed would be better for Skylar room.

Host is accommodating and helpful. House and room set up is great. Easy and peaceful place to stay for travel healthcare workers. Stayed 5+ months.

The home is beautiful. The home owner is kind and makes you feel right at home. She keeps the home clean and well organized. Definitely recommend this one!!

I stayed in LeeAnns studio apartment for about seven months. Everything in the pictures is exactly how it is. Very nice, clean, spacious, and private. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I highly recommended staying here. LeeAnn is always so nice and accommodating.

This literally felt like a second home. Ive traveled for two years and this is one of my top stays on my list for sure. Lee Ann is so gracious, sweet, and non-intrusive. She is responsive and prompt for any necessities as well. Best thing ..shes not over your shoulder !! The house is an added bonus ! Its beautiful, spacious, and theres a nice patio to lay in the hammock to relax after a shift. Although, I work night shifts all of the other healthcare professionals including Lee Ann have been quiet and respectful. I have stayed in this place for six months and so sad to leave :(. LeeAnn has an absolutely gorgeous home. I stayed in the Wyatt room for almost a year. Great, safe location. Plenty of parking space provided for all. LeeAnn provides each room with black out curtains (great for working nights), a shower caddy (useful for shared bathroom), a box fan (good for sound and airflow), and a mini fridge (all the snacks). Shared bathroom was never an issue and if someone were to be in the restroom, half bath downstairs was always an option. LeeAnn is great and responsive, she also has multiple chalk boards for communication among rooms if needed. I would highly recommend staying at this property! Thanks again, LeeAnn!

A lovely home. The upstairs rooms get quite warm, but youre provided with a box fan, which also helps with the noise. I was night shift, so Im used to it. Blackout curtains are also included in the room. You share a bathroom/shower with a few other individuals.

I am a traveler nurse and night shifter. I have stayed here for my contact with other travelers. We function like a synchronizing pattern to operate and have never had an issue sharing a bathroom. It's a nice neighborhood and a quiet place. The parking spot is right in front of the house. Just a few miles away, there are many restaurants and places to shop. LA is always available.

Clean and updated. I had the chance to stay with great roommates. It was quiet at all time. The landlord was really attentive and easy to reach. Will definitely stay here again, if I ever come back to Indy.

I enjoyed my 3 months at LAs place! It offered a nice, comfortable, and quiet environment for me to relax and rest after night shifts. LA herself is an awesome landlady and was very kind and accommodating! I definitely didnt want to leave so soon and I know if I ever pick another contract in Indy, Ill be seeing if her place is available. Thank you so much LA!

Beautiful, finished, furnished basement. Can enter/exit through main home or private entrance from back of the home. Loved the layout. Perfect for a short-term stay. Cat on property. Only recommendation I would have is for owner to add a hood over stove and backsplash. I was gone much of the time, traveling for work. But owner would often call or send texts concerning cooking smells entering the main house.

Room is very warm during the winter. If you like a warm room this place is for you. The summer, the temperature was great though. Everything else was clean and she was very accommodating. My mini fridge wasn't working correctly and she told me the take the one in her room right away, for example.

I was in Indy for 6 months as a traveling nurse and stayed at L A's home the entire stay. Her house is beautiful and in a safe area. I loved that I was only 9 minutes to the hospital I was working at. I had a separate entrance, but every time I saw L A she was always friendly and personable. Very open to suggesting restaurants or things to do in the area since I am not from Indy. I was the first renter in the lower level so we had a couple bumps in the road at the beginning, however L A was EXTREMELY responsive. I never felt uncomfortable asking any questions. The place is absolutely ideal for someone that is working nights or off shifts because the sun doesnt come in directly until later in the day. Very quiet and comfortable. VERY spacious area. I loved having the washer/ dryer directly available. Kitchen is very spacious to meal prep, work on projects, and cook/bake. DEFINITELY would recommend renting from L A!

First time ever in Indianapolis and was very lucky enough to find this place. Everything in the pictures is exactly how it is in real life. Very clean, organized, quiet, friendly with all other travelers who Ive met and Lee Ann is just amazing. Always, there to help and fix whatever is needed. Luckily, i had the opportunity to extend my stay at the hospital that is only 10-15 minutes away and get to stay in this beautiful home. So, i would 100% recommend staying here.

I was housed in the Sydney room. It was a very comfortable room. Clean, quiet and roomy. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom was across the hall-shared but always felt as if it was your own. Nice outdoor seating if you like a cup of coffee in the morning on the deck. Would recommend.

I was so pleased to have found this property to rent from on furnished finder. The property owner is so nice and accommodating, nothing is overlooked and if any issues arise, she makes it right immediately. The house is beautiful and clean and in a great neighborhood, I've extended my stay here because of how great it is. If I ever return to Indianapolis for a travel contract, I will be sure to contact his owner first to see what dates are available.

This is a great location, a beautiful home and L A has been a great host as well. This home is close to the highway, restaurants, parks and more. I am a traveling healthcare worker and only drive 12 miles to downtown Indy. All rooms are tastefully decorated, and fully furnished. She even offers bathroom caddy, two sets of towels and mini fridge in room. Review the pics. Outdoor living area is just beautiful .
