Great stay in Burbank!

My roommate and I stayed at Michael's place for several months while we were participating in internships in the film industry. The place had everything we needed with a bright, spacious feel and felt secluded and safe. It is about a ten minute walk from a main street with plenty of shops and restaurant and is also near public transport via bus. Michael and his family were friendly and communicative, helping us whenever an issue popped up. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are able to, it was a pleasure!

Pleasant Stay & Convenient Location!

I had a great stay at this property for 3 months during an internship! The neighborhood felt safe and nice to walk around in. The location was walking distance from the studio where I was working. The owners are friendly, kind, and responsive, and we appreciated their local recommendations. Street parking was occasionally crowded near the property but was always doable (and free). Interior feels recently updated, and high ceilings and skylights make it feel nice and spacious with lots of natural light. Great amenities including in-unit washer & dryer. The outdoor sitting space was also very pleasant! Overall, super happy with my stay here and would highly recommend.

Comfortable and Hospitable Stay!

I had a great experience staying at this property. We didn't have any complaints, and Michael was very responsive and quick to address minor issues. All major appliances and furniture are provided and in good condition. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood is pretty and safe. Overall, amazing stay, would highly recommend!

Quiet, Private & Cozy

Rented this spot for 10 weeks during an internship at an animation studio, and I'm pleased to say me and my roommates had an excellent stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the guest house has more than enough privacy, including its own outdoor seating area. We were within walking distance of studios like Nickelodeon and Disney and a handful of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and there's a solid number of public transit options in the area for getting around. Overall very fortunate to have found this spot with my roommates. With all the amenities, ease of access, privacy and comfort, you can't go wrong renting here!

Cozy and central to Animation Studios

My roomates and I had a great stay while interning at DreamWorks Animation. It had everything we needed for our 10-week stay- stocked kitchen, quiet, privacy, outside seating area. Nickelodeon, Disney Feature, and Warner Bros are just down the street and all of the other studios aren't far. My roommates and I felt very safe and that anything we needed was in walking distance. There's also a lot of nearby (5-20 min walk) public transport options. I highly recommend this short-term rental!

summer internship stay

Wonderful place to stay while for internship with NBC Universal for the summer. Owners were very nice and attentive and responsive to any issues (which were few). Very safe and cozy setting in a pleasant neighborhood where I felt safe running weekly. Plenty of street parking so parking never an issue. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely host family, Modern fresh home

This property is clean, modern and recently constructed so things feel very new. The high ceilings make the space feel larger. The host family is wonderful- kind, friendly and attentive. And the neighborhood is safe, tree lined and very convenient as a base for exploring the rest of LA.

A TRULY LUCKY FIND!

This lovely place was perfect for our 6-month stay. It has plenty of space, a full-size kitchen that is clean and new - like the rest of the place. It's furnished with what you need, including one of my faves - a Nespresso machine and a milk warmer/frother. Plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Well air-conditioned for the summer and TV's in each room. It's very private with its own gate and outside seating, located in a nice, safe Burbank walking neighborhood, close to many amenities including the Verdugo Pool and Burbank Parks and Rec tennis courts, etc., Whole Foods, and more. The owners are delightful people. We felt very lucky to find this place and spend our 6 months in such a nice spot. We miss it!

Perfect spot in Burbank

This was the perfect spot for my partner and I in Burbank. It was in a great location, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, and was also nice and quiet at night. We had a car and never had problems parking on the street. My partner worked from home and had a comfortable setup while I was on a travel contract ~10 min drive away. M was a great host and was super responsive when we needed something or had a question. The place itself is very spacious with lots of natural light and had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Highly recommend this spot!
