Beautiful Studio Near Hospitals

Perfect!

Had a wonderful stay in this well equipped guest house. I was a night shifter and slept like a baby. Mattress is very comfortable, room darkening shades in place, box fan provides the white noise I like. Bathroom has tons of storage, large soaking tub and shower. Double sinks were a nice touch! Very quiet dead end street, 0.4 miles from Doctors Medical Center. Also close to Memorial and Kaiser. Owners are there if needed, communication was fine. Received my deposit back promptly. I will definitely stay here again if in Modesto!

Perfect Place!

This is a perfect place to stay! I really enjoyed being in this studio. You have everything you need and it is in the perfect location for all the hospitals. I was at Kaiser and it was approximately a 10 min drive. Doctors and Memorial are about 5 min away if that far. You are close to plenty of places to eat and not far from the mall. Not to mention if you love to go sight seeing, you are 2 hrs in any direction from seeing the best California has to offer!! N and H are the perfect host and hostess. They check on your needs while passing but dont hover and bother you. And their kids are very sweet and courteous!! Their dogs are great!! I especially love Moses!! Not to mention you will see a random bunny hopping around that lives there too! If I ever make it back to Modesto, I WILL be staying here!

Hidden Gem

Having a hard time keeping this a short review because I absolutely loved this space! It was private, as pictured, clean, and at a reasonable price. Owners, N and H, were very sweet and easy going. If you're lucky enough, you'll get to taste their homemade salsa! Lol. There are a couple piggies and pups that roam the backyard sometimes. Every once in a while they will come up to you when curious, but they're super friendly and have never been an issue for me. N is a handy man and very responsive when you need anything to be looked at. H used to work night shift, as I was for this contract, and made a point to include blackout curtains. They even offered to cover the stain glass window near the ceiling, but I opted to leave it. But just know that's an option if you want it pitch black. Really wish I could pick this place up and take it with me on my assignments. 10/10 would recommend *****
