Aloha Apartment- Stylish quiet 2 bedroom close to hospitals shopping

Awesome Apartment with Awesome Landlord

I absolutely loved this apartment. Its very cozy, the master bedroom is very spacious (I swear that bed was sent from heaven), the bathroom has good space, and the list goes on and on. Not only is the apartment homey and close by to everything you would need, Joni is also very attentive and super friendly. Whenever I had a problem or a concern (not often since the apartment is in great conditions) then she would respond and solve the problem quickly. If I ever come back to Columbia, this would be the place I would 100% come back too. I already miss the apartment and more specifically, the master bedroom bed!

Not a long term fit

The owner was very responsive to any needs I had. This property works for short term rental and its well located. The issues I had were this property is listed at $1500/mo and was actually $375/week. That comes to more than $1500/mo. When I moved in, you could tell it hadnt been rented in a while. All water sources ran rusty water till cleared out, there were dead spiders in the bathtub, someones personal clothes in a bedroom drawer, and cobwebs in the corners of the bedrooms. First time I turned on the oven it smoked due to a spill from a previous person and there was a dirty piece of foil inside. The neighbors for the most part were quiet. I could always hear a tv running below and smell pot most days. I would suggest to the owner that if the apartment isnt occupied for a while, it needs a once over and water turned on before the next renter.

Great condo for travel nurses!

This condo is very comfortable and a wonderful location for both University of Missouri Hospital and Boone Hospital. My Husband and I loved staying here, it is also very close to all of the fun things to do downtown and any shopping needs. J is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. I definitely recommend staying at this condo!
