Clean and safe home
I had an amazing stay at this residence. The space was clean and all the occupants were courteous to each other. The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking. This is an ideal rental option for travelers in Richmond.

Home away from home
This is truly my home away from. Perfect for traveling nurses. This property is not far from surrounding hospitals (HCA, VCU), shopping centers, and restaurants. In a quite suburban neighborhood with ample parking. This property is clean and cozy. Great lighting around the property and is equipped with the latest security for your safety. The owner gives concierge service and makes you feel like family.

Home away from home
I loved this place it felt like home I stay here from sept 2023 to Aug 2024 . Mr Kirk was an amazing host if you had any issues no matter the time he would address it asap. The property is extremely clean spotless I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Virginia

Beautiful home
This is a very clean and beautiful home. The home looks exactly as in the pictures. The landlord made it extremely comfortable to stay here especially working a night shift. He was extremely sensitive to the noise level and on days where I didnt work at night; the environment was equally peaceful. I enjoyed my 3months stay there.
