A Real Gem!

This was a very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment for our 6 month stay while relocating to Albuquerque. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants, with several nearby parks and a trailhead for hiking or biking.There are mountain views to the east and city lights to the west. It is dog friendly and has a private backyard with trees and incredible sunset views! Jake is an excellent landlord and very quick to respond to any issue. We would highly recommend this property!!

Nice Place

Property was nice and meet all of our expectations. Well located, good neighborhood and had no issues with other tenants in the adjacent units. Landlord was helpful and great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Place to Stay!

My 3 month stay at this property was a fantastic experience. Everything was spotless, very quiet, peaceful, and beautifully furnished. The private back porch area provided a wonderful view of Albuquerque below. Ample parking was available with a great view of the mountains. The location provided quick and efficient access to all the fun and interesting outings this city offers. Jake was a perfect landlord - was immediately responsive to any need or question that I had. This place is a gem...don't let it pass you by!

Great Place!!

The place is great! J the property owner is awesome to work with. Great view of the mountain when you wake up in the morning, and city skyline at night with the sunset. J is quick to respond and communicates very well. If there was ever an issue, he was there that same day fixing it. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything. Boxing bear brewery is literally walking distance and is a great place to go to! Would stay here again 10/10

Great Apartment with everything you need

This property was amazing. I was a little nervous since it initially had no reviews, but after talking with the landlord J, he put all my worries at ease. He is very approachable and always handled any issues very promptly. The apartment is very modern and literally had everything I needed from pots, utensils, to laundry detergent. He even provided shampoo and body wash if you need it. The backyard was very quaint was a cool place for my dog as well as watching the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, but close to everything. Most things were less than ten minutes away. There are also plenty of hiking trails right in front of the neighborhood entrance and some cool mountains to explore a few blocks up in the back of the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in ABQ. It's about 15-20 from UNM, but there is hardly ever traffic so it can be much shorter.
